Bcl-xL interacts with proteins involved in several cellular processes.

LC-MS/MS identified proteins from TAP purifications performed on total membranes of TAP-Bcl-xL expressing HeLa cells were divided into the functional categories described. The table provides name, description and accession numbers of the identified proteins. The table also states the subcellular localisation (known or putative) of the proteins (Loc) and if the protein had already been found interacting with Bcl-xL (known).
