Musk is a traditional Chinese medicinal material of high therapeutic value, is produced by the musk gland of male forest musk deer (Moschus berezovskii). This study aimed to investigate the molecular regulatory mechanisms of dihydrotestosterone (DHT)-induced musk secretion in musk gland epithelial cells.
