Data and code: Efficacy of calcium silicate-based versus conventional root canal sealers on periapical healing — a systematic review, meta-analysis and trial sequential analysis

The primary meta-analysis rests on **five trials whose arm-level counts were published as integers**. Two further trials reported per-arm results only as percentages; their counts were reconstructed arithmetically, are labelled as such in `extracted_data.csv`, and appear only in the sensitivity analysis. That separation was pre-specified before the data were assembled and is maintained throughout. A reader who disagrees with the reconstruction can drop those rows and re-run `analysis.py` without touching anything else. Where a count could not be recovered at all, no value was imputed and the trial was left out and described narratively. `extraction_log.md` names those trials and says why.
