We conducted gene expression profile analysis by using wild-type and TIF1a-knockout peritoneal macrophage.Analysis revealed the most prominent different expression of genes altered in macrophages upon IL-4 stimulation were associated with marker genes of alternative macrophage. Overall design: Genome-wide expression profiling of wild-type and TIF1a-knockout mouse macrophages stimulated with or without mouse IL-4(20ng/mL) for 6 h were generated by RNA-sequencing analysis.
