The sample , a total 28 birds were allotted to 5 group ,with 4 replicants. To explore the diversity of intestinal microbiota in laying hens, we got the samples from chicken cecal contents. Microbial DNA was extracted from cecal contents. The V3-V4 hypervariable regions of the bacteria 16S rRNA were amplified with primers 338F and 806R by thermocycler PCR system.
