This dataset was obtained via web scraping from the China Earthquake Network, and comprehensively records detailed information about earthquakes including their occurrence time, epicenter location (latitude and longitude), magnitude, focal depth and other relevant parameters. This dataset compiles seismic events that took place in Sichuan Province from the year 26 to 2015. It can help users grasp the spatio-temporal distribution of earthquakes, and provide foundational data for seismic prevention research in relevant regions.
