The archive includes: PDB entries from which benchmark interfaces were derived Structural files and a summary table describing benchmark interfaces Tables summarizing benchmarking scores and metrics AlphaFold-predicted models generated in both template-free (TF) and template-based (TB) modes This work is funded by the Discovery Grant of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).
