Transcriptome of Leymus chinensis regeneration

In order to elucidate the molecular mechanism of callus regeneration in Leymus chinensis, we analyzed the content of endogenous hormones, analyzed the effects of light, KT and genotype on callus regeneration, and explored the molecular mechanism through transcriptome analysis of different treatments.
