S. aureus LATAM public genomic cohort: publication analysis release

Audited publication layer for a date-stamped multisource census of publicly recoverable human clinical Staphylococcus aureus infection records from Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Guianas. The compact archive contains analysis code, configuration, derived tables, figures, Newick trees, SNP-distance matrices, manuscript files, provenance records, and SHA-256 checksums. It does not include FASTQ files, genome assemblies, core alignments, or Snippy/Gubbins intermediates. A second, optional archive holds larger metadata snapshots. Licenses.
