Complete single nucleus and spatial gene expression dataset

Complete single nucleus and spatial RNAseq dataset (SlideseqV2) of Hodgkin lymphoma (n = 12) and control reactive lymph nodes (n = 7) with 324,855 single nucleus RNA profiles and 1.9 million spatially resolved pixels. The single nucleus dataset is provided in standard anndata/h5ad format and the spatial dataset is shared as an RCTD replicates object with cell type annotations. The independent validation imaging transcriptomics dataset from 4 formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded Hodgkin lymphoma and 2 reactive lymph node samples samples analyzed on the CosMx platform measuring 1,000 transcripts is also provided here as Seurat objects (split into reactive lymph node RLN and Hodgkin lymphoma cHL samples) and a Giotto object (includes all samples).
