This dataset contains the raw data for the figures (Fig. 2, Fig. 5, and Fig. 7) in the publication entitled "Enhancing stimulated Brillouin scattering in suspended silicon waveguides through subwavelength nanostructuration" published by Optical Materials Express (DOI: 10.1364/OME.534474).
