Moving trajectories (curved lines) of individual beads (colored circles) tracked over ten minutes. After injection and waiting for the beads to fill the cavity as the starting time point, beads were randomly selected and manually tracked the trajectories with a clear tendency to move (excluding small jitter caused by Brownian motion) after five minutes. The same operation was performed for fixed and live embryos.
