Reference omics dataset of Jasminum sambac: LBD gene family, RNA-seq under infection, and metabolomics

This BioProject provides integrative omics datasets for Jasminum sambac (Arabian jasmine) under infection by the soil-borne pathogen Sclerotium rolfsii. The project includes RNA-seq data from time-course inoculation experiments (0 h, 48 h, and 96 h post-inoculation), a genome-wide identification and expression analysis of the LBD (LATERAL ORGAN BOUNDARIES DOMAIN) transcription factor gene family, and metabolomics profiles of defense-related pathways. These datasets together reveal the early defense responses and regulatory networks underlying resistance in Jasminum sambac. The data will serve as a resource for plant pathogen interaction studies, gene family characterization, and resistance breeding in jasmine and related crop species.
