县域乡村振兴规划编制技术导则

本标准起草单位中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所，现已完成典型地区的乡村振兴战略目标完成情况的系统剖析，群众对乡村振兴工作和成效的满意度分析，创建了一套科学的技术方法，并在富平、延安、榆林、禹城、阜平、洋县等地建立野外台站，在宁夏盐池县成立中国精准扶贫与乡村振兴研习院，依托“一带一路”国际科学组织联盟(ANSO)与波兰、匈牙利等国家和地区14家科研机构和政府组织共同发起成立“一带一路”减贫与发展联盟，通过实验试验、技术示范、多元合作以更好地指导乡村发展实践，为县域乡村振兴规划编制技术奠定了基础。

The drafting entity of this standard is the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It has completed a systematic analysis of the progress in fulfilling the strategic goals of rural revitalization in typical regions, as well as a public satisfaction assessment of the work and outcomes of rural revitalization efforts. A set of scientific technical methods has been developed, and field stations have been established in locations including Fuping, Yan'an, Yulin, Yucheng, Fuping, Yangxian and other areas. The China Academy of Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization was founded in Yanchi County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Relying on the Alliance of International Science Organizations (ANSO) under the Belt and Road Initiative, it co-launched the establishment of the Belt and Road Alliance for Poverty Reduction and Development alongside 14 research institutions and government organizations from countries and regions such as Poland and Hungary. Through experimental trials, technical demonstrations and multi-stakeholder cooperation, it provides better guidance for rural development practices, and has laid a solid foundation for the technical framework of compiling county-level rural revitalization plans.
