Paired End Illumina WGS sequence data from individuals and pools supporting the identification of the SULF locus as an inverted duplication regulating yellow flower colour pattern in Antirrhinum

The study comprises three paired sample sets: 1) Paired Illumina reads from individuals of line sulf-660, with gene function impaired by transposon insertion and the revertant line SULF-661,with gene function restored by transposon excision. 2) Pools of 35 individuals with either SULF or sulf phenotypes sampled from a segregating population resulting from a A. majus x A. sempervirens cross. 3) Pools of 50 individuals sampled from natural populations flanking a hybrid zone between A. majus pseudomajus (magenta) and A. majus striatum (yellow).
