This dataset is used in manuscript entitled "The effect of presence or absence of exercise and/or physical activity on non-restorative sleep by gender and age: a cross-sectional study" on BMJ Open in review. All variables used in the manuscript is included in this dataset, such as participants' gender, age (age group), engagement in exercise, engagement in physical activity, sleep quality (presence of non-restorative sleep) and so on.
