The data source is the 'Monthly Credit Balance Report' submitted by member institutions of the Joint Credit Information Center. Under the classification of each sustainable performance-linked credit category, the total number and amount of sustainable performance-linked credit facilities of all enterprises are aggregated. Referring to relevant guidelines issued by the three associations: LMA, LSTA, and APLMA, and taking into account the practical operations of domestic financial institutions, the term 'sustainable performance-linked credit facilities' refers to loans of any type (including direct credit, indirect credit, and granted credit limits). The preferential terms such as loan interest rates may vary depending on whether the credit applicant (enterprise) has achieved its ambitious, material, and quantifiable predetermined sustainable performance goals. Such facilities shall also comply with the five core constituent elements of the *Principles for Sustainable Performance-Linked Credit Facilities*. There are a total of 7 categories of sustainable performance-linked credit facilities, with codes 1 to 7. The corresponding categories in order are: 1. E (Environmental Protection), 2. S (Social Responsibility), 3. G (Corporate Governance), 4. ES (Environmental Protection and Social Responsibility), 5. EG (Environmental Protection and Corporate Governance), 6. SG (Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance), 7. ESG (Environmental Protection, Social Responsibility, and Corporate Governance). The total amount of sustainable performance-linked credit facilities is defined as the sum of non-overdue and overdue amounts of such credit facilities, excluding credit accounts classified as bad debts.
