Dataset: Seasonal carbon and nitrogen dynamics in a hypereutrophic farm pond with cyanobacterial blooms under the Asian monsoon climate

This release contains the dataset used to reproduce the analyses in the manuscript:"Seasonal carbon and nitrogen dynamics in a hypereutrophic farm pond with cyanobacterial blooms under the Asian monsoon climate" submitted to Journal of Geophysical Research: Biogeosciences.The dataset comprises (1) water quality measurements from Nunoike Pond, Japan, including concentrations of total organic carbon, total nitrogen, and related variables; (2) hydroclimatic data, such as pond water level, flow rate of the inflow, temperature, and precipitation; and (3) the raw and reference data used for calibration and imputation, as well as the resulting calibrated and complimented data products.
