资源简介:

This dataset accompanies the study “Ultrasonic Guided Wave Localization and Classification of Damage-Like Perturbations in a CFRP Plate Using a PZT Network.” The dataset contains experimental ultrasonic guided-wave measurements acquired from a quasi-isotropic carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) plate instrumented with twelve permanently bonded piezoelectric transducers (PZTs). The twelve-transducer network provides 66 unique actuator–sensor pairs, with both transmission directions recorded during acquisition, yielding 132 directed responses per observation. A two-axis automated positioning system was used to move a controlled magnet-pair perturbation over a uniform 21 × 21 spatial grid covering a 200 mm × 200 mm region. Four magnet-pair configurations, denoted C1–C4, were measured at all 441 spatial coordinates, resulting in a balanced dataset of 1764 observations. Measurements were acquired using a five-cycle 40 kHz ultrasonic guided-wave excitation and a sampling frequency of 6.25 MHz. The dataset includes RAW.zip, containing the 1764 original MATLAB acquisition files, and the verified processed dataset Dataset_40kHz.mat. Each raw acquisition contains 132 × 4000 signal samples. Dataset_40kHz.mat contains the corresponding processed signals used as the starting point for the analysis reported in the manuscript, with 132 × 1000 samples per observation and an effective sampling frequency of 1.5625 MHz. The processed dataset contains four groups corresponding to the four perturbation configurations. The legacy internal identifiers Severity_1–Severity_4 correspond to C1–C4 and should not be interpreted as calibrated damage-severity levels. The magnet pairs provide controlled, localized, and reversible mechanical perturbations for guided-wave localization studies. They should not be interpreted as calibrated structural damage types or damage-severity levels, and the nominal magnet holding forces should not be interpreted as measured forces applied to the CFRP plate. The archive also includes README.md, CITATION.txt, and LICENSE.txt. The dataset is released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). The dataset is intended to support research on ultrasonic guided-wave signal processing, structural health monitoring, damage-like perturbation localization, perturbation-configuration classification, machine learning, and multi-task learning.
