mean_omission_response_df_cell_specimen_id_events.h5

dataframe containing the average response for all neurons in the dataset following unexpected stimulus omissions. Additional metadata includes the mean response in a 500ms window after omission onset, the fraction of trials with a significant response for that condition, the transgenic mouse line used, and the visual area, depth and image set for each recorded neuron. Responses are reported as deconvolved calcium events in a [-3, 3] second window around the omission time.
