Electrogenic anodic biofilm in MFC

The foremost core of the present research is to modify graphite anode with three different composites to enhance bioelectricity production in MFCs. The electrochemical assessment was measured to explore the association between power output and biofilm concentration on the electrode surfaces. Understanding the microbial community structures of the electrogenic biofilm responsible for bioelectricity generation was conducted using Illumina Miseq sequencing of 16S rRNA gene amplicons.
