The dataset presented here is a primary data obtained from patients attending a tertiary hospital in the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality of South Africa. Information regarding patients view on the health promotion services they received from healthcare workers is outlined in the data. The data displayed varying range of health promotion and disease prevention services and the category of healthcare worker that delivered same to the patient.
