<b><i>Supporting data for</i></b> "Establishing a <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> - <i>Caenorhabditis elegans</i> embryogenesis model for assessment of the <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa </i>virulence and identification of novel virulence factors"

The uploaded data set include data generated via series of experiments in my PhD research project. The project established a <i>P. aeruginosa - C. elegans</i> embryogenesis infection model to assessment the virulence of <i>P. aeruginosa</i> and identify novel virulence factors. Data sets were organized in sub folders corresponding to the different chapters of the thesis. The data set are mainly provided in excel files (xlsx format). In addition, the raw images and Image J processed images of spotting assays are provided in figure files (tif format).
