Comparative study of transcriptome expression in water extract and ethanol extract of Schisandra chinensis

This study aimed to identify the mode of action of Schisandra chinensis water extracts (SCW) and Schisandra chinensis ethanol extracts (SCE) in SW1783 cell line. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for SCW (500 ug/mL, 100 ug/mL, and 20 ug/mL, respectively), SCE (310 ug/mL, 62 ug/mL, and 12.4 ug/mL) and vehicle control (DMSO).
