The data in this repository were used for the associated publication. PyFrac is an open-source python program that requires installation. Simulations were run as described in the publication, but the setup script can be found in the folder \"PyFrac scripts\". We have saved the simulation results in a more accessible JSON format, which contains the fracture dimensions and grid information and imported the information into Matlab to produce the figures for the publication. \"conts_extract.m\" Reads the data and saves it as .mat files in the output folder. \"comp.m\" then reads these data and generates the figures used in the publication, saved in the output folder. The thermal conduction model is stored in the 3D conduction model folder. This contains \"conduct_3D_v6.m\", which does the modeling. This is controlled by another script \"paramDefine.m\", which sends additional information specific to each fracture for conduction modeling, then saves the results to the output folder. The scripts \"comp_q.m\" and \"comp_T.m\" read the results and produce figures for comparison, located in the output folder. All JSON files and Matlab scripts used for the supplementary material are in the supplementary folder.
