Scrambling Bacillus altitudinis AHK-Y5 was isolated from the atmospheric air of an industrial zone located at Korangi industrial area, Karachi, Pakistan. Bacillus altitudinis AHK-Y5 explored for the scale up production of L-asparaginase (a therapeutic protein use to treat various malignancies), industrial enzymes, its probiotic potential, and as a plant growth promoting bacteria to increase the yield of wheat crop.The WGS of Bacillus altitudinis AHK-Y5 will provide a brief insight of the genotypes confer the production of L-asparaginase, industrial enzymes, probiotic properties and its interaction with plants.
