Amplicon sequencing of anatomical females carrying putative drive-resistant alleles at the Ag(QFS)1 target site in Anopheles gambiae

This dataset contains paired-read Illumina amplicon sequencing data from anatomical females carrying putative drive-resistant mutations at the Ag(QFS)1 target site within the Anopheles gambiae doublesex gene. Each sample corresponds to a single female that was previously confirmed by Sanger sequencing to carry a single allele (the C→T SNP, R3; the G→T SNP, R1; or a wild-type, WT allele) paired to the dsxF- null mutation. These individuals were recovered from a CRISPR/Cas9 mutagenesis screen.
