Complete genome sequence of Pseudomonas sp. PK-RTE-24 isolated from lettuce
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the fully resolved genome of PK-RTE-24, which was isolated from a ready-to-eat lettuce sample during a screening for extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL)-producing bacteria. MALDI-TOF MS (MALDI Biotyper, Bruker Daltonics) reported Pseudomonas koreensis with a score consistent with secure genus and probable species-level identification. We sequenced the isolate’s genome using Illumina and Oxford Nanopore Technologies and assembled a complete 5,847,647-bp genome, with a GC content of 60.04%, and encoding 5,285 predicted genes. Phylogenomic analysis and pairwise average nucleotide identity comparisons indicated that PK-RTE-24 does not match any described Pseudomonas spp. and falls below the established species threshold, grouping within an environment-associated clade.
