Open-access template and database approaches for pseudo-CT generation in brain PET/MRI attenuation correction

A database of 60 matched CT-MRI image pairs and pseudo CT templates. To be used with the following MATLAB toolbox for creating pseudo CTs from T1-weighted MR images. Images are provided in NIfTI format. Templates are labelled with an identifying suffix. Database CTs and structural MR images are stored in the respective 4D files called 'db_ct.nii' and 'db_t1.nii'. Access to the database is granted upon signing a data use agreement.
