Gallus gallus RNA-seq of jejunum and liver tissue

Raw RNA-seq reads for Gallus gallus liver and jejunal tissue samples. The goal of this study was to assess transcriptional changes in liver and jejunal tissues under Sub-Clinical Necrotic Enteritis (SCNE) in response to treatment with Limosilactobacillus reuteri probiotic strains genetically engineered to deliver nanobodies against NetB and alpha-toxin from Clostridium perfringens.
