This dataset presents results from an oxidative stress simulation using a recursiveTargeted Gradient Repair Mechanism (TGRM) under baseline entropy 0.75 across 400 generations.The control sequence decayed to near-zero stability by generation 40, while the recursiveTGRM stabilized at approximately 20 vitality with latency approaching zero by generation 400and cumulative rebound rising to 14.25. These results further extend the Reparodynamics framework to oxidative repair mechanisms,showing how recursive feedback control can maintain stability in environments dominated byreactive entropy and redox imbalance. This suggests new directions for autonomous repairmodels in cellular oxidation management and long-term biological resilience.
