The data used in this study can be accessed via the Mendeley Data repository. This study utilises data obtained from various sources, including local manuscripts, historical literature, and in-depth interviews with traditional leaders, historians, and cultural figures from the Mandar community. This data covers information regarding Islamic socio-political leadership in the Kingdom of Sendana, the interaction between Mandar customary law and Islamic law, and customary practices related to leadership structures and political decision-making. This data is stored to ensure transparency and to enable the replication and validation of the research findings. The data can be accessed via the link provided in the Mendeley Data repository.
