IAI-Final Report_ISP1_051: Initial Climate Research Within the Trade Convergence Climate Complex (TC3)

This dataset refers to Final Report of the ISP round I project number 051,
which has the name "INITIAL CLIMATE RESEARCH WITHIN THE TRADE CONVERGENCE
CLIMATE COMPLEX (TC3)". The goals of this project was: a)To conduct initial
research on climate variability within the TCCC region; b) To begin working
with Latin American colleagues within the region, c) To increase the
capabilities of counterpart colleagues and institutions for conducting climate
research in the region. d) To improve the precipitation data base for the
region and make more data available to counterpart colleagues and institutions
in the region. TCCC is an expandable bluster of Research Institutions (Ris),
mostly in IAI member states, that have the common goal to study interannual
climate variability in the humid tropics of the western hemisphere in order to
produce climate forecasts in forms that are useful to society. To find
