Live image repository of all individual films obtained from RPE-shuttling Actin Chromobody cell lines stably expressing FAM110A wild type truncation variants. This live films where used to establish and analyze the role of mitotic actin during mitotic spindle establishment and to determine the role of ectopic mCherry-FAM110A during this process after endogenous FAM110A depletion.
