NWFSC fish and invertebrate diversity derived from west coast groundfish trawl program

This dataset presents the community structure of groundfish and invertebrate in the West Coast since 1994. The community structure indices include the richness and Simpson’s evenness. The raw count data is from West Coast Groundfish Bottom Trawl survey conducted by the Northwest Fisheries Science Center. The spatial coverage of this dataset is between Pt Conception, California and north of U.S.-Mexico border.
