Land use map of Burgundy and Savoy vineyards

The land cover map provided was constructed from several data sources. This mapping used data from the Casier Viticole Informatisé (CVI) of 2014 for Bourgogne region and of 2020 for Savoie region as primary data for the grapevine occupation layer. The IGN databases were used for the urban layer (BDTopo) and for the forest layer (BDForêtV2). Data from the Registre Parcellaire Graphique (RPG) were used for mainly non-vine crops and finally data from the CESBIO OSO layer (2018) for water and road classes. The final layer was produced following a series of processing under the softwares R and QGIS. Two "raster" files in GeoTiff format (resolution of 10 meters) respectively cover the vineyard of Burgundy (departments of Côte d'Or and Saône-et-Loire) and of Savoy (all or part of the departments of Haute-Savoie, of Ain and Savoie).
