This concept paper proposes a theoretical framework for detecting and utilizing exotic matter to generate enormous amounts of energy, with the ultimate goal of achieving spacetime bending and potential time travel. The idea explores how the expansion of the universe and the separation of galaxies are driven by exotic matter or energy filling the fabric of space. The paper outlines a method to detect such exotic matter and discusses how to harness it using high-intensity toroidal magnetic fields generated by passing large currents through specialized coil configurations. By creating extremely strong local fields, this approach aims to manipulate spacetime curvature, enabling advanced propulsion systems or even controlled time dilation.
