Single-Cell Sequencing Analysis of YTHDF1 knockout Retina

To profile the transcriptomic alteration in each cell types and investigate the structural changes of neural retinas during pathological degeneration, we performed single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) of the retinal cells from Ythdf1+/+ and Ythdf1-/- mice at 8 months of age (n = 3 retinas from 3 mice per group). The neural retinas were isolated and dissociated into single-cell suspensions, which were then subjected to scRNA sequencing using the BD Rhapsody scRNA-seq platform.
