Microarray Analysis Reveals the Changes of Circular RNA Expression and Molecular Mechanisms in Mice with Ventilator-induced Lung Injury

CircRNAs expression profiles in lung tissues from mice with and without ventilator-induced lung injury (VILI) were analyzed using high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics, in order to clarify their potential role in the pathogenesis and provide valuable molecular markers for the diagnosis and treatment of VILI.
