Bulk RNAseq of Day 3 and Day 7 aiECs

Sox17-Erg direct reprogramming converts adult murine cardiac fibroblasts into induced endothelial cells. This data evaluates the conversion of the Sox17-Erg iECs compared to single gene constructs. SEG aiECs, Sox17 aiECs, Erg aiECs, or control fibroblasts were harvested at Day 3 and Day 7. Gene expression of each condition was then compared to look at the acquisition of endothelial identity.
