T cells are important in forming short- and long-term immunity. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to assess their dynamics over the course of E. multilocularis infection. CD3+ cells were extracted from regions surrounding lesions in livers of mice infected perorally by E. multilocularis eggs at 10, 21, and 48 days post infection, as well as from livers of control animals.
