Replication Data for: Topographic analysis for mapping dunes and assessing dune field resilience using multitemporal LiDAR at White Sands, New Mexico

Code and data for further investigation and replication of: Topographic analysis for mapping dunes and assessing dune field resilience using multitemporal LiDAR at White Sands, New Mexico.

Code were developed in C++ on Windows with MinGW, and can be compiled with gcc/g++. A documentation file supplements these data to explain their usage.

Data include an Esri geodatabase (*.gdb) containing processed grids and generated dune unit polygon features, polygon shapefiles for areas of interest, and Excel spreadsheets with data extracted from dune unit features and used for further computations prior to joining again with the dune unit polygon features.
