This BioProject aims to characterize thermophilic bacteria isolated from geothermal hot springs in Japan through genome sequencing and comparative genomic analysis. High-quality draft and complete genome sequences were generated and annotated to facilitate taxonomic classification, phylogenomic analysis, and functional gene profiling. The resulting genomic resources contribute to the understanding of microbial adaptation to extreme environments and support future studies on microbial ecology, evolution, and biotechnological applications.
