1. Education field: Provide personalized learning resources and tutoring for children, monitor learning progress, and conduct early education intervention.
2. Health field: Monitor children's health conditions, deliver timely medical services and health counseling.
3. Social service field: Provide legal aid, psychological counseling, material assistance and other services for vulnerable children.
4. Policy formulation: Provide data support for the government to develop child-related policies, such as child protection, education reform, health promotion, etc.
Dictionary value explanations:
- First-level care problem indicator: Indicates the classification of the current child's problem (1. Left-behind status; 2. Academic performance; 3. School and off-campus corrective education status; 4. Mental health; 5. Medical Consumption Index; 6. Family situation)
- Care problem level: Indicates the severity of the child's problem (1. Green Code (low severity); 2. Yellow Code (medium severity); 3. Red Code (high severity))
Calculation instructions:
After confirming the major category of the current problem based on the first-level care problem indicator (taking 4-Mental Health as an example), the care problem level of the child is determined according to the remarks field (the number of abnormal mental health indicators of the child, ranging from 1 to 2, including school-weariness and interpersonal communication difficulties):
- If the number of abnormal indicators is 0, mark as 1 (Green Code);
- If 1 ≤ number of abnormal indicators ≤ 2, mark as 2 (Yellow Code);
- If the number of abnormal indicators ≥ 3, mark as 3 (Red Code).
Rules for other first-level indicators:
- Left-behind status: Yellow Code if the interval between parent-child visits is 6-12 months; Red Code if the interval exceeds 12 months.
- School and off-campus corrective education: Yellow Code if the number of parent education sessions ≥ 1; Red Code if the number of times the child has committed infractions at school or off-campus and requires corrective intervention ≥ 1.
- Medical Consumption Index: Yellow Code if the individual's medical consumption amount this time is ≥ 3000 CNY and < 5000 CNY; Red Code if ≥ 5000 CNY. Yellow Code if the cumulative individual medical consumption amount in the past 12 months is ≥ 10000 CNY and < 50000 CNY; Red Code if ≥ 50000 CNY.
- Family situation: Yellow Code if the number of family-related issues affecting the child is > 1 and ≤ 3; Red Code if > 3.
