The difference in this study melthod and HTS data showed that the system constructed in this study could more effectively separate various microorganisms and better reflect the change rule of the number of living cells of six pure mixed microorganisms in the solid-state fermentation process of sorghum. This study provides a potential new choice for exploring the analysis of the number of viable microorganisms in artificial pure mixed microbial communities.
