A survey conducted in 2020 researched on the propensity to watch the Sanremo Music Festival in Italy in the last five years. According to the data, 47 percent of respondents did not watch the festival during the five years prior to the survey and did not watch it in 2020 either. By contrast, 42 percent of interviewees claimed to have watched more than one edition of the Sanremo Music festival in the last five years.
