This paper defines and analyzes an envelope interface — a three-dimensional perceptual surface formed by the interaction between the Survey Line Spiral (or Anti-Survey Line Spiral) and a Navier-Stokes vortex flow. Within the framework of World Quantum Theory, the Survey Line Spiral provides the geometric skeleton of the perceptual interface, while the Navier-Stokes equation describes the dynamics of the vortex medium that bends the spiral into a closed envelope surface. This envelope interface is a self-consistent, self-similar, and dynamically stable surface, suitable as a foundational structure for spatial perception in digital matrix environments. The observer is always located at the vortex center, and all perceived spatial motion corresponds to phase-coupling modes on this envelope surface.
