In the data are reported the normalized (normalized to the internal standard ribitol) peak intensities and all the data transformationand statistical analysis (Principal component analysis, and volcano plot and pathways analysis) carried on the data本数据集记录了萜类化合物（terpenoid）橙花叔醇（nerolidol）对拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）代谢组诱导产生的代谢变化。数据集同时收录了以核糖醇（ribitol）为内标进行归一化处理后的峰强度，以及针对该数据集开展的全部数据转换与统计分析工作，具体包括主成分分析（Principal Component Analysis）、火山图分析与代谢通路分析。
