The images are a digital reproduction of a handwritten letter and accompanying translation donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny. <br>In this letter Miriam Farhat writes to her son Suleiman Farhat in California with a plea for him to send money for the family in Ramallah. She notes how Jiryes Farhat was at this time trying to borrow money but with no luck and asks Suleiman to provide for them by sending them money by telegraph.<br>These images exist as part of the Katrina Sa'ade Letters collection within the Katrina Sa'ade project of the Planet Bethlehem Archive.
