Surfperches RAD phylogeny p20_r1 dataset nexus file

p20_r1 supermatrix nexus file. This dataset yielded the best supported phylogenetic hypotheses when assessing the evolutionary history of surfperches (Embiotocidae). The supermatrix is derived from restriction site associated DNA (RAD) markers from 22 of the 24 embiotocid species.  The dataset is partioned by each RAD marker (80bp) and species consensus sequences are used.
